Meadowmont
Developed by American Forest Products, Inc. in the 1960s, Meadowmont is home to over fourteen hundred parcels, stretching on both sides of Highway 4 and touching Blue Lake Springs on the south. Originally part of the Dunbar Ranch, this neighborhood is known for having more full‑time residents than many nearby communities, and some areas even border National Forest land—which means you guessed it, TRAILS!
The Arnold Rim Trail weaves through much of Meadowmont, leading you along winding paths to stunning views, sparkling waterfalls, and endless forest bathing opportunities. Add in easy access to town for shopping, dining, and live music, and you have the perfect mix of adventure and convenience all wrapped into one charming mountain community. No need to worry about missing out on private amenities—White Pines Lake is just a short jaunt up the street, ready for your weekend swims, paddle sessions, or sunny day picnics!
