For some odd reason, this neighborhood gives us serious Who‑ville vibes from the classic Grinch movie! As you wind up the north-facing slope, you half expect the Grinch to be waiting at the top, and the hillside even seems to loop just to cast a mischievous shadow. We digress.

Lilac Park sits just off Highway 4, keeping you close to town for shops, restaurants, and local happenings. Amenities include the pool area at the bottom of the association, making summer days a total blast. The hillside topography keeps things a touch cooler in the winter months, so snow tires and chains are highly recommended—sliding is for sledding, not your car!
