White Pines

Remember when logging was cool? White Pines got its start as the original logging community back in the early 1900s when Blagen Lumber Company moved their operations to the Arnold area and created White Pines Lake to support the mill. Want to dig into the history? The Sierra Nevada Logging Museum is just down the way, perfect for curious minds. Make sure to namedrop Patricia Bradley if you do, she’s an absolute legend and you’ll get mega points!

Today, White Pines is full of classic 1900s homes bursting with charm you just cannot find in modern construction. Almost like its own little town, White Pines is home to Independence Hall, Hazel Fischer Elementary, and the Moose Lodge, giving it a character all its own.
